REAL BAD RESPOBSE & SERVICE

After I bumped my car in April, MyWay insurance phoned and said that GREAT SOUTH AUTOBODY will contact me during the week to book my car for repairs. The car was booked in and on 27/05/2013 I received a message from GREAT SOUTH AUTOBODY saying "we currently awaiting parts". After a week in the body shop I contacted them to confirm progress of the repairs, only to find out that they have not started working on my car, so we asked for a courtesy car as we are struggling with transport. They advised us to take our car and they will then contact us when the parts have arrived. On the 10/06/2013 I received another message saying " YOUR VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY IN THE PAINT PREP DEPARTMENT"??? My car was with me at that time how can it be in the Pain Prep department. To date I have still not been contacted and advised that the part was received and that I should bring my car in. This is the worst service I've ever received. And I have to drive with this car with a 10 month old baby. I would appreciate it if MyWay could re-locate me to another panel beater as well.
