Parcel CN021393577ZA posted 15042013 left SA for Australia only on 02052013. This is the ONLY information that I am able to get. Your website (when it functions) does not let me to see when the item was scanned at the point of departure & I have to phone the callcentre. Having got through I can get no further information other than the item has not been scanned in Australia so it hasn't arrived. Perhaps if you were to give me or your staff the name of the ship that the item left on your Aus Clearing Agents could tell you when the ship was xpected to dock and I would then have a better estimate of delivery time.
However, your call centre operator told me that he did not have that info & anyway it was confidential & would not give it to me even if he had it!
From information available to me, I don't even know if the parcel got onto the ship it was supposed to be on. Maybe it hasn't even left Durban!!
When I queried when I could expect the parcel to arrive in Australia, your callcentre op said and I quote "8 to 12 wks or even longer" How MUCH longer I wonder. What do I tell my client in Australia who is awaiting delivery? YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS!
