This is a follow up for the payments going to water bills. Please note that i have not yet even used the last code sent to me coz i didn't need it. They even sent me a message saying that the money will be deducted from the account yesterday for a code i never used and for the payment i sent already.
I sent them all the proof of payments and a letter asking that they sort it out. I even wrote my number for them to contact me. Sort it out soon please
