We rent a house in Kraaifontein, our contract states we have to pay the alarm every month. In the beginning everything worked and we had no problems until we were told to pay into a different bank account. We were given a new reference to use and we did so.
Suddenly we started getting calls and notices that we're not making payments, we would sort it out, give proof of payment and on we went, until they just one day cut our service due to apparent months of none payment.
After lots of struggling, fighting and emailing proof of payments numerous times the account was cleared and re-activated. We carried on, didn't receive any bills after specifically asking for it, sent emails again and got amounts to be paid, paid the amounts and carried on paying every month until I get a call saying we're behind on payments! After fighting with the he gives me his email to send proof of payment to, I did so and beginning of this month we get a letter - we're months behind and will be handed over for the money!
Phone them and demand to speak to a manager, told that one will contact us. Its alomst end of the month and still waiting for them!
Really?! How hard can it be to sort this problem?
