Poor service

I bought electric coupon that i couldnt load on my prepaid meter and i informed protea metering, who promised to sort it out till to date they havent done anything. I bought another coupon on the 23rd September which i couldnt load as well.
I am sure you were given contract to provide electricity in our complex because you were a friend to the Developer and this cleatly shows by your lack of competent people to sort our our problem with your stupid online metering system that is forever not working.proteria metering has manager that cant take decision, i want my problems to be fixed NOW. You are failing to provide a 24/7 but you run a huge complex, we need to review and cancel this stupid contract of yours.

Protea Matering is very expensive while the electricity does not even last at all.Then after you’ve loaded the electricity they send you an sms confirming they got the funds but I guess that is not enough for them because they still want you to call them to tell them that you bought the electricity.....how is their system not showing that you’ve sent them the money if they have sent you an sms confirming they received the money!!!!!lSo now I should call with my airtime again!!!!!Then they can’t even load your electricity immediately or at least after a short time,they will tell you 30 minutes to an hour.......clearly they don’t know what they are doing and that is a huge inconvenience to us customers!The fact that we are forced to use this system because there is no other metering system is annoying and unprofessional
