On the evening of 2 July 2013, my garage door mechanism broke. At 8am on 3 July 2013, I called Dominator and spoke to Gavin, who said he would send someone out to assess the damage. At 9am, Mark and Sean arrived, assisted me in opening the garage door so that I could get my vehicle out, and assessed the damage. After assessing the damage, they returned to their office and within 30minutes I received a call from Leon to provide me with a quote for the repair work. What was even more unbelievable, was that he would arrange to get it done the very morning, knowing and understanding that it was a pretty urgent matter. Within 1 hour Mark and Sean were back and proceeded with the work and by 11:51, the job was completed. The level of work was done to a high standard, and despite it being quite complex, was done extremely professionally. I would like to convey my sincere thanks to everyone at Dominator, Gavin, Leon, Mark and Sean, for the great work. When I had my garage door automated, I call Dominator. When a part of the door broke a few years ago, I called Dominator again. Today I called Dominator, Each occasion has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them. Thanks guys.
