On the morning of 02/Feb, I opened my automated garage door only to see the garage door fall onto my 2 vehicles, that were parked inside the garage. I lodged a Claim on the 04/Feb. An inspector/Assessor came out last week Friday 08/Feb, and indicated that this was accidental damage. Yesterday, I called Samson from Hollard, to find out what was the progress wrt this claim, as I had not heard anything about it (So much for Customer Service). I was told by Samson that this claim would not be paid as it was accidental damage which is not covered by my policy.
Please explain why this is so when it clearly says so on your website
