Worst service and attitude on warranty claims

I have an automatic garage door that required a new motor or repairs. I contacted DTI security in February and asked them to do an assessment and either repair the garage door or fit a new motor as they advertise it to be one of the services they provide. The sales person assessed the situation and gave me a quote to fit a new garage door motor, because he said the previous one that lasted 6 years was to small. Without arguing I placed the order and DTI came to install the motor. It took four days to install the motor, however the door never closed properly. Early may the motor failed. I contacted them with a warranty claim. They took the motor for repairs. Five weeks later and four attempts they could not get it to work. They fixed it the last time and it still does not close or open. The product has six months full guarantee. I phoned and asked them to please take the product back and refund me as it is not working at all. They rudely explained to me that they will not do anything further and I should speak to their lawyers if I have a problem. So I paid all the money in time and still my door does not work. I will not recommend DTI at all. They do not honour their contracts.
