When the lock broke on our garage door, we decided to put in an automatic system instead and contacted three companies for quotes. Deon from Remote Access Control showed up to assess the door the next day and we received a price quote within 24 hours. Not only was their quote reasonable, they were also ready to install a new motor the following week. A week after their initial visit, we had an automated garage door.
After the two installers had already left, I noticed that the door was a bit lopsided when closed and not going all the way in on one side. I sent an email and the next day, Deon showed up. Even though he said there was really not a lot that could be done with such an old door besides getting a new one, he tried to adjust it anyway and it did help.
So Kudos to this company (to Kim at the computer, the two installers - I unfortunately didn't ask their name - and Deon) for delivering well and promptly and for going the extra mile. We will definitely call on them again in the future.
