USELESS KWIKOT - BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

Geyser reported blown on Saturday afternoon 29/06/2013 to Standard Bank Insurance by referred plumber. Plumber states geyser is under warranty by KWIKOT who must replace geyser. Matter reported to KWIKOT on Saturday according to insurance yet no contact made by KWIKOT to insurance or myself to attend to the geyser. What sort of a mickey mouse operation are you running KWIKOT? The service level agreement to replace a geyser is 24 hours as stated by Standard Bank Insurance after I queried it. It's the heart of winter, I have 3 children & for 3 days now I have not received a call from KWIKOT. I took a day off from work today Monday 01/07/2013 (with NO pay) to wait for KWIKOT to replace my geyser as that is what I was told will happen by Standard Bank Insurance. The emergency number provided by Standard Bank Insurance for KWIKOT just rings endlessly as if they have disappeared off the planet. Standard Bank are also unable to get hold of KWIKOT after hours emergency department either. Pathetic!!! Absolutely pathetic!!! Standard Bank Insurance-you are NOT exonerated from this-I am DISPLEASED that this has been left to "marinade' for so long with no alternate option/ solution provided.
