LACK OF SERVICE ABSA INSURANCE

My geyser burst on Friday night 22.00, we report with Absa insurance on Saturday morning 8.45 The case was lock with ref 28 - ARHCV-01 my account nr is 6524493876 in name of JG Willemse.
Saturday morning a plumber with the name of Lucky phoned to say that he is on his way to fix the geyser.
i Phoned ABSA again after 3 time, the guy with name of Palisa at ABSA said that there is nothing they can do because Kwikot is the people to fix the geyser because it is still under guarantee. This morning (Sunday)
we phone Kwikot to fix it. Kwikot is now at my house to fix it the time is 12.15.
