Definately not a good company to do business with

I was appointed as Garden Route agent vir this product (selling the MySecret/Lowcarb Lifestyle product range). I rented shop space, bought equipment, advertising space and stock. Within a short period, there was a fall-out between the MySecret and LowCarb Lifestyle partners. We received legal communication pointing fingers at both parties, from both parties. We received rotten stock which we refused to sell, then found out that one of the other agents was just "scraping off the mold and adding cheese", re-cooking the product and selling the meals at a lower price. We reported this to Head Office, with no response. (This same agent was selling in our area - when we took this up with Head Office, we were told that she only had one deep freeze in our area and therefore was no threat). We were promised stock for months, so we took down orders from clients, and conveyed the promise that stock is on its way. Then all of a sudden, it was decided that there would be no deliveries to our area anymore (regardless of all our expenses). So far we've had no luck with resolving anything amicably, and have been forced to hand this entire matter to our attorneys
