Illegal Debiting of Account

Each month, my account gets debited for an Amount of R99.99 by a Company called
SS DiRECT.i Do not know the company and have not signed any debit Orders.
Each Month Ii call to cancel the Debit order and is promised that all is sorted.
They advise that in error they have debited my account instead of another client.
It is very difficult to get hold of them, and calls are not returned.
I need to call and recall until I speak to somebody who can help.
