Debiting my moms account without her permission

I am logging this complaint for my mother Gloria Mwelase as she asked me to and cannot do it herself.

My mother has beeen debited 4x by a company called BIG 5 Network Supscriptions based in Durban. I have called this company more than 20 times telling them to reverse that debit order and remove the debit order details but No she is still being debited. She went to Absa and it was advised that the debit order had been stopped but it still debits her account every two days. I called the Big 5 Network company and spoke to this DENISE woman who is completely rude and has not helped at all. I also spoke to the manager there who said this has been sorted but the debit order still keeps going off.

She has been debited R 299.00 four times from these people and has incurred bank charges for something she does not know off. she has also been debited R49 twice by some MR LINGANATHAN CHETTY who I cannot get hold of to reverse the debit order. Can these debit orders be cancelled by ABSA she has went to the branch a number of times.
