SS DIRECT DEBITED MY ACCOUNT IN APRIL THEN I GAVE THEM A CALL, THEY TOLD ME THEY GOING TO REFUND ME AND CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER. I ASKED THEM HOW DID THEY GET MY ACCOUNT NUMBER THEN THEY TOLD ME IT WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR SYSTEM. THEN AGAIN THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT IN AUGUST, I GAVE THEM A CALL THEY TOLD ME AGIN THEY WILL REFUND ME BUT THEY TOOK SO LONG AS I HAD TO FIGHT TO GET MY REFUND. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MY REFUND IS R400 BUT THEY ONLY REFUND ME R200. EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL CINDY THE LADY I DEALT WITH SHE'S BUSY OR EITHER IN A MEETING THEN SHE DOESN'T EVEN CALL ME BACK, I ALWAYS HAVE TO PHONE THEM. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHATS SO DIFFICULT TO PAY ME BUT IT WAS EASY TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT.
