The Training company - no refund for training

Hi Peter,

We received an email from [URL Removed] advertising their training course for debtors clerks and the collection of funds.
We promptly booked and pre-paid in full.
The training was cancelled due to the trainer having fallen ill.

We requested a refund, which we were promised, and ironically, the training company is proving to be difficult in getting the refunds repaid to us.

On every follow up we are told that the money will reflect in our account the next day. To date no refund nor proof of payment.

Please help? I think we may have some artists on our hands here.
