I recently upgraded my data contract and when it registered on the network I received an SMS stating "Dear Customer Smartcall Tech debited your mobile phone with 51 x R5 content charges. Send letter WC to 31050 free for list of your content subscriptions."
I have never subscribed to any services from this company and would firstly like to know how my number was activated against a subscription and secondly by when my account will be refunded with any amounts that have been deducted as a result of this error.
