I was on a 3 and a half month trip overseas when my Grandfather passed away while I was in the Philippines. I put an order in on the website for roses - ( Trendy Roses (premium) Code: G03) as they where his favorite. The flowers where delivered on the 29th of April but the wrong flowers! They had received chrysanthemums
I only found this out when I returned to South Africa on the 7th of June. When I phoned the call center for Interflora I was told that I had to log a mistake within 24 hours but they will see what they can do and I will get a call back (I was not being handled very friendly), this was last week Monday. I have heard nothing again from them.
