My husband ordered roses to be delivered to me on valentines day from NetFlorist. Bad idea and waste of money! Roses arrived looking very sad and hanging the next day. I complained the same day I received the roses and they arranged a replacement for me. The replacement roses also did not last. The roses looked better, but were hanging withing 36 hours as well. I have sent emails to NetFlorist with photos of the roses advising the quality of the second bunch but have not had a response. It is just a shame that my husband paid a fortune for valentines flowers I could not even enjoy!
