Flowers not delivered

My sister-in-law gave birth to a baby girl on Monday, 11 February 2013 in the Worcester Medi-Clinic. I used the Interflora web site to place 2 orders on Tuesday evening (for delivery on Wednesday, 13 February 2013) and another one on Wednesday morning (for same-day delivery). On Thursday they went home with the baby -still no flowers. I phoned Interflora 3 times during this time: The first time I was told that they have emailed me and my brother to say that they cannot do what we have ordered -we never received those emails. The second time I was told that they have tried to phone me numerous times -I never got any phone calls. The third time the lady put the phone down when I said I wanted a refund. When I phoned back I was put through to a manager that has now organised for the flowers to be delivered to my house in Durbanville. I am taking the flowers to Worcester tomorrow (although I have paid R100 per bunch for delivery). R1500 later and still waiting for the flowers!! My sister placed also placed an order and had the same experience. Although we will get the flowers in the end the whole experience was extremely frustrating as we wanted the flowers delivered to the hospital!
