Ginger Green Lawn Seeds
Delivery service is in shambles

I have ordered and paid up front for two bags of grass as well as two bags of fertiliser from Eric (Ginger Green). At the time there was a strike at the Postal Service and accepted the delay in delivery. During this time I stayed in contact with Eric to get information. He gave me two tracking numbers. One was correct the other made no sense to the post office where I had to collect. About a month later I received my parcel only to find three bags of grass and no fertiliser. I phoned him from the post office and informed him about the situation. He promised to call back which he did not. On several times I phoned with him and he making promises to either send the fertiliser nor return my calls to inform me what the situation is. It seems like he is not in control of the situation and cannot follow up on customer complains and requests. It is more than two months later and still no fertiliser have arrived yet. Will I get a reply I don't know as I am out the country now and hope to get a reply or a response at least from him.
