Interflora disappoints Consume

I ordered a gift hamper on the interflora website for my boss, and specified the delivery time. I called at 11h00 to follow up on the expected delivery time and surprised to hear there are no morning deliveries (which was the option I had chosen) as the florist only opens at 09h00 and would have to buy each item. I had paid 72 hours earlier. There was no mention of this on the website. I was assured my delivery will be before 13h00. At 14h30 I called to advise that the delivery had not been made, and was promised a call back. At 15h00 I hadn't received a feedback call so I called to be told the florist's number was engaged so they couldn't get through!!! Surely there are alternate forms of communication in terms of customer service/feedback. Half an hour later I received the wrong order. I called to say I was disappointed and was told the orders were switched with another delivery and the recipient prefers my order. Could I wait till the next day?? I couldn't wait and asked for co-operation in delivery the same day. I received a much smaller order, with Pick 'n Pay price tags - presentation counts!! Do not use Interflora - I have still not even received an apology for bad service.
