I informed Sharon at Interflora, Booysens, that I made a duplicate payment when I ordered flowers, I sent them Proof on my bank statement. The lady Candice was not in so Sharon handled the call, I was then informed by Sharon on Tuesday that my refund will be done on Wednesday. Nothing was paid over, I phoned Interflora this morning Friday, and was told that the payments were done and was told at 10h00 that i will be receiving a email with the refund instruction, it has now been 40 minutes and I have not received a refund or an email. I want my refund in my account today.
