I ordered 12 red roses in a vase with a bottle of sparkling wine for a surprise anniversary for my partner, net florist phoned and told me they didnt have 12 red roses, could they send a mixed bunch of roses, i said that was fine, when i got home and saw that netflorist had delivered a bunch of mixed flowers, with sparkling juice and no vase, i sent an email to tell them this isnt what i ordered, with no apologies i was told to send a photo, which i did, again with no apologies i was told that the florist had told me that because their was no red roses i would receive a mixed bunch of flowers and that this was for a birthday? i was told mixed roses, It would of been easier if this person would of just checked my order form. Finally another email, still no apology for messing up my order and my surprise i was told i would receive the roses, but because they didn't have red it would be mixed roses (again) finally today the flowers arrived the juice was swopped for wine and yet still no vase which i knew i wouldn't get because in the emails the vase question was being highly ignored, from messing up the order to the way it was handled has left me absolutely disgusted
