My name is Rufus Letsoalo, on the 28/05/13 i went to the post office at Jabulani mall to post some documents, i wanted to do registered mail. A week later i received a call from the lawyers telling me they are still waiting for the documents. Then i gave them the tracker number as they requested. They could not find the documents at the post office. I then went to the post office to enquire, to my surprise i was told that the documents are missing.
On the 12/06/13 i went to the post office again and i was given a form to fill, while busy filling the forms. The lady who gave me the forms to fill was busy packing getting ready to go home. No one was prepared to assist me. I stood there for over 30 minutes without assistance. I don't like the service i received
