We had to send very important documents to lawyers in Pretoria. The parcel was given in at Zuurfontein Post Office to send to Pretoria via registered post. ( Saturday 15 June 2013). Tracking number TC 155006535ZA
They promised the documents would be delivered by close of business today (Tuesday 18/06/2013).
When I enter the tracking number on the Post office website it still show that the document was last scanned when handed in at the post office on Saturday.
What happened to service delivery in SA??? Why did we have to pay such a lot of money... for NOTHING I assume???
