POOR SERVICE
On the 26 - 07-2013 I post documents to the following address 25 Ameshoff Street Braamfontein Johannesburg 2000 from the JabulaniMall post office in Soweto using the fast mail till today the Liberty life hasn't received the documents. I've called the post office and the manager put the phone on me when I was trying to find out how in the world a post from Soweto to Johannesburg can take three weeks to get there? I had original documents in that post that needs to be there A.S.A.P or can I get my documents back and take the staff myself as you failed to do that in time.
