I have been keeping my home warm with Econo-Heat for years, so this year when I needed an extra heater I did not hesitate to buy another Econo-Heater, but once I had mounted the new heater I noticed the corner was damaged, like someone had damaged it. I contacted Econo-Heater via their email and within 12 hours I received a call from Johan du Preez who dealt with me professionally and with out hesitation asked me what he could do to make this right.
South Africa needs more companies like Econo-Heat and definitely more people like Johan du Preez.
