After having experienced some pretty awful customer service from other South African companies in the last year, I really appreciate the courteous, swift and professional response I received from Econo-Heat when I phoned to enquire about a wall heater that had stopped working. With hardly any questions asked, they came around within 24 hours and replaced it with a brand new one! The rep asked if he could take the old one so that they could investigate the fault and prevent this from happening to other customers. What an excellent experience, thank you so much Econo-Heat!!!
