Last winter I bought an Econo-Heat wall heater. A month ago it suddenly cracked, without yet being used at all for this year. I spoke to Bronwyne at Econo-Heat and she immediately organised for a replacement heater to be delivered to me, without quibbling about a receipt of anything. It was so refreshing to receive such efficient, simple, generous customer service. Thank you!
