I must compliment Econo-heat on their excellent after-sales service, and specifically Johan du Preez, their Administration and Communications Manager. I emailed them with my complaint and within 1 hour Mr Du Preez phoned me. He listened to my problem, took down my details and within a week my problem was solved. I am very impressed considering I stay in Pretoria and their Head Office is in Cape Town. Thanks Johann!
