I bought an Econo Heat wall heater from Pick n Pay Long Beach in Cape Town. When we put it up at home it was missing one wall mount. I looked on the website and found the contact details.
After speaking to them they not only apologised but offered to deliver the smallest little part to my home. I said postage would be fine but they insisted on delivery.
What excellent and refreshing service. You can bet I am off to Pick n Pay to get a few more!
