I have been contacted 5 times by Aquazania, in respect of a free trial for a water cooler. During each of the 5 calls I requested that my number be removed from their contact list in terms of the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA and they have never done so.
Today, when they contacted me for the 5th time, I spoke to a manager called Carey. Not only was she so condescending as to call me Sweetie, she also claimed that they were not breaking any laws, despite me point out to her that they were.
Dear Aquazania and anyone else who might care, I will NEVER take a water cooler from you even if it were free for life. You cannot even comply with a simple request and having to repeat myself 5 times makes it clear you have no management or governance in place.
By the way, we live in South Africa, not Azania! I am sure you don't want to be associated with The New Black Panther Party calls South Africa, "Azania".
