Firstly i will start by some odf the call centre agents who's ride and uprofessional. I have a problem with my daughters disability grant because of change of account details, now the funds is transfered to a wrong account, absa account and the account is close.
Everytime when i ask for a manager, they tell me that all managers and supervisors are busy, they will call me back (empty promise). But there is only one supervisor, his name is Nicholas, he is the only person who have time for client. Today he was on sick leave and i was promised that one of the managers will call me back. Im still waiting for their call. It is after working hours now.
