I had 2 RAs with Liberty for about 5 years, requested them to close the 1 and transfer the funds to the other.
This was 4 months ago!!! They notified me they had paid the funds to an incorrect/unknow account. They will resolve it accordingly. Im still waiting!!! everytime i call the the promise to escalate the matter and they will call me back!!! I end up calling them. Its not my problem the funds were incorrectly transfered!!! I call again today they are still promising to get back to me tomorrow!!! How incompetent!!
