BERGEN'S COLLECTED MY DEFY WASHIG MACHINE ON 2ND FEBRUARY I WAS TOLD IT NEEDED NEW SHOCKS.THEY REPLACED THE BEARING, WHICH TOOK 2 WEEKS. WHEN IT WAS RETURNED, THE SOAP DISPENSER WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THEY SENT THE TECHNICIAN TO SORT IT OUT. 2 WEEKS LATER IT STARTED BOUNCING AROUND AND AGAIN, THEY SAID IT NEEDED NEW SHOCKS! I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY FOR THE SHOCKS BEFORE THEY WOULD RETURN MY MACHINE. IT CAME BACK WITH A LEAK. IT WAS RETURNED ST IT CAME BACK AND THE MOTOR WAS BURNING, IT WAS RETURNED AND THEY REPLACED THE MOTOR. IT CAME BACK - THEY DROPPED IT IN THE KITCHEN. IT STARTED LEAKING AGAIN. ( IHAVE LOST TRACK OF THE NUMBER OF TIMES IT HAS BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS LEAK) I WAS ADVISED 10 DAYS AGO THAT THE MACHINE WAS DROPPED (OTHER THAN I MY KITCHEN) AND THAT THE DRUM WAS DAMAGED. THEY REPLACED THE DRUM. IT CAME BACK AND WAS STILL LEAKING. THEY COLELCTED IT, I WAS ADVISED YESTERDAY THAT THE NEW DRUM WONT BE AVAILABLE FROM DEFY UNTIL MONDAY 10 JUNE! EACH TIME THEMACHINE IS RETURNED IT HAS MORE SCRATCHES AND DENTS! I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT AND AM NOW GETTING A LITTLE FED UP.PLEASE HELP. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY (R1200) AND MACHINE BACK OR A NEW MACHINE - NO REPLY.
