Never have I experienced such atrocious service!!
I called to complain about the lady that was sent to help clean my house, I spoke to Adele. I was complaining about the fact that the lady that was assisting me was extremely slow in performing her tasks ie it took her 3 hours to clean a fridge?
Adele says to me the onus is on me to show what needs to be done, so I ask her how do you make somebody who is slow work fast? She then went on a rant of how rude I am and drops the call.
A week later (today) - I call to speak to the owner; Adele then takes the call and says "Oh, you the lady who criticizes our work, the owner does not want to speak to you, good-bye"?? Ok, so in running a business you do not care about your customers needs? I am extremely shocked by the naivety of Liz not considering her clients needs or concerns. Liz maybe you have forgotten that the best referrals in Business is Word of Mouth, yes my mouth will be giving you publicity but not in a good form.
