On the 4th Jan 2014 my husband Googled Bosch Repairs & Appliance Lady came up which he called to repair our Bosch washing machine. They arrived on time in a small van with the Logo's of most well known makes of appliances all over it. It looked very legit. Also trading as Mr Knuckles.. One young African male & young Indian driver assessed what he thought the problem was & said it needed to be taken to the factory which they did. Said it would be back the next day which it wasn't. They phoned with a quote that day, which we agreed too, brought it back two days later at 7pm on a SATURDAY!!! with an invoice stating: Replaced Drum stabilizers, Replaced shocks, replaced shaft, replaced bearing spider. They looked very cagey & suspect to me & kept polishing the machine as they were putting it back. They charged R400 call out which was deducted from total amt of R 1729.00 for the repairs. Chantal the Indian receptionist said we had to pay cash, no EFT. & paid R1329.00 . Which my husband duly paid. The machine is exactly the same, no repairs were done & when phoned they promise to come out & don't pitch & later don't return calls. Soooo mad..This is a!!! People beware!!
