What started out as a simple repair has turned into a nightmare!!! Washing machine pump needed replacing so decided that as they claimed to be Defy specialists would also get them to check the fridge thermostat. Initial service was good came out (later than said they would) on a Saturday replaced the washing machine pump and the fridge thermostat. Sunday came to do the washing and machine does not work at all and fridge still freezing was then told that the thermostat needed time to ":settle in" what a load of rubbish and then told washing machine needed new PCP board, which was duly replaced and machine still not working, replaced again, kitchen flooded and machine still not working.By this stage am a raving lunatic to be told needs new sensor. Have told them not to touch my stuff after R2 500.00 have gone direct to Defy and Consumer council!
They claim to have been in business for 30 years are nothing more than backstreet cowboys!
