REFUSE TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

Last year September I relocated to Zambia. I got an email asking to renew my tv license so I got my mother to call into the call centre to find out what I need to cancel, after sending them everything they needed and receiving 1 email to say I needed to send more (which I did)... I then get more emails saying my account is over due. I have now sent about 50 emails to which no one has bothered to reply to.
I visited SA recently and got a phone call (on my old SA number... never mind it only works when I'm in the country visiting) from debt collectors demanding I pay my account. I explained everything to them and they said they would make a note. I then called the call centre and the lady said she had cancelled my account. The next day I got a SMS... on my SA number again saying that I have been handed over to the lawyers.
I have no idea if there have been more calls or sms's as I am back in Zambia.
I am so tired of fighting over this with a company that clearly does not have any competent staff. I DO NOT LIVE IN THE COUNTRY THEREFORE WILL NOT PAY! I have been warned that they will black list me if I don't pay it... I warn you now my lawyers will get involved very quickly
