I have been trying to cancel my TV license since November 2012. After several emails and calls I have still not received any confirmation of my cancellation.
The last call I made was during December and I was informed that my emails and cancellation was received and that I should ignore any account payments requested from them. I have now received a sms informing me that if I do not make payment within the next 5 days I will face penalties and the matter will be handed over to the lawyers!
What do I do?
