I called them yesterday to find out what time are they closing, I have a parcel to collect and was told its until 4:30 PM. I rushed there in the afternoon and arrived there only 5 minutes to 4:30 and i was the only one outside the door, but they just looked at me while they were busy packing up their staff as if i was not standing outside the door, there was one customer inside and he came out angry because him too was told its time to go home come back tomorrow. i was puzzled because the guy was already inside, so I left as well.
What happened to customer service!!!
I work with peolple, this is not the way to treat the customer.
