I had a cell phone contract with these, they decided to do a sim swop 3 months ago already as my contract expired. Till date they still debuting my acc. When I call them, the incompetent are rude, no client care services, they cannot answer me, they rather have the audacity to tell me I owe them this money for a debit order for 2010??? I'm so sick of them, they giving me a bad name with my bank. I am going to proceed with legal action and I will sue the. Nuf sad!!!
