I csncelled a contract with cell c on 11 Feb '13, thus giving one month required notice for contract that ended 13 March. I had a bad time to get my number released so I could do a sim swop. I turned to Hello Peter at last and got some response, still much to be desired for. I cacelled my debit order at the bank because the contract is now ended and acknowledged by cell c. On 14 April, cell c deducted another installment from my bank account! I sent them a query on 15 April, but have received no response to this serious matter.
