For the past 8 days I have been trying to buy a Kelvinator fridge door handle from Electrolux. I am not even complaining about the broken handle - made from cheap plastic and lasted less than eighteen months. Having sent an e-mail to the company's "customer support" (a complete contradiction of terms) I was referred to Glenda who was supposed to attend to me. Having waited a couple of days for her reply, I once again e-mailed her in vain. Returning to the initial contact Christa, in the hope that she may revive my inquiry, my request was and still is met with complete silence.
Be aware, these guys at Kelvinator / Electrolux are very keen to dump their inferior products on the masses without any intention of a backup service.
