Harsh break outs/Refund

I recently purchsed 3 products from the obey your body stall at king shaka airport. I used only the Face scrub and broke out badly and so i didnt open or use any more of the products. I then went back to the store to return the stuff for a refund as i was not going to continue to use any of it. Once there they refused to refund me the money, which now leaves me with three expensive products that i cant use.
