In August 2012 i bout the santa cruz 7 peice patio set. Last saturday i went out and when i got home i saw the glass in the table had SHATTERED.
I called the branch and asked if this could be replaced as it must be a factory fault or poor quality and i would like them to replace the glass. The first person i spoke to told be that the glass is not covered by the gaurentee and i need to pay to get it replaced. I then asked them what the point of the frame was if there was no glass and why they dont cover the glass. I got the response that that they dont know its just the way it is. So i asked if the manager could call me back as i was not happy. The manager called me back this morning and in short i got told that i must have a dud piece and its my problem.

I am now paying montly for something that is totally worthless. i would like to bring the product back and get my money back i have the glass, table and chairs and will be happy to return this for a full refund.
If this was my fault fair enough i need to replace it but this was a manufacture fault and i should not be held responsible for your bad workmanship.
