My problem is twofold:
Problem 1:
The Steytlerville branch of SAPO is closed between 13:00 and 14:00 as well as certain saturdays.
My working hours is 08:00 till 17:00 Mon - Sat, apart from my lunch hour. Normally i use my lunch hour to get any parcels from the post office but this is no longer possible as the Steytlerville branch isn't open during 13:00 - 14:00 anymore.
There is a sticker that displays the business hours hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
But another more recent sticker stating it will not be open during 13:00 - 14;00 anymore.
It is utterly inconvenient as the only time i have to collect any parcels is now taken away from me.
I start at work before the post office is even open and finish after it is already closed. My lunch break was my only time.
Problem 2:
That branch no longer have any packaging material (padded envelopes) boxes to ship item with or even packaging tape. Nor does it have more than 1 size envelope.
If your going to use lack of revenue as an excuse for not employing another person, answer this:
how can that branch make money with no inventory?
I really hope that someone will hear my plea get that branch back into shape.
This town needs it!
