Every time I go into the Post Office at Somerset Mall, specifically around lunch time, there is always only one teller one duty. I understand that people need to go on lunch, but when there is always a queue out the door surely they should staff the branch better.
I work for one of the Businesses near the Mall and we frequently use the Somerset Mall branch (well try to) so for me to stand in queue for 30mins - an hour is very time consuming and impractical, as I would also like to have a lunch break.
On top of that I was given information from one of the tellers that not even the head office knew about. I do not have time to be stuffed around like this... If I was given the correct information I wouldn't have been inconvenienced...
They seriously need to do something about the amount of staff and their knowledge at the above mentioned Post Office
