Leadership is completely lacking in this branch just to think about it, I call the branch each end every second day to inquire about my international book parcels, I will be told by the branch manager herself that she doesn't have any parcels under my name? To my surprise I found 2 of my international gift parcels being thrown in my lawn by the post man! How do you explain such! What if somebody pick them up and went off with my parcels!
Initial the post is supposed to send me a coupon notifying me that I have parcels that needs to be picked up at the post office not just throw my parcels to my yard that's completely wrong, clearly the branch doesn't have any regards or whatsoever about the community mails that it services.
